These terms apply to every purchase on charismaloyal.com from CharismaLoyal LLP, Surat, Gujarat, India ("we"). By placing an order you accept them.
Prices
All prices for India include GST. For other countries the checkout shows taxes and import duties before you pay. Jewellery prices follow the daily gold and platinum rate; the price shown when you place the order is the price you pay.
Diamonds from partners
Many diamonds are held by partner manufacturers. Your payment is only reserved when you order. We charge it after the partner confirms the stone; if a stone is not available, the reservation is released and you pay nothing for it.
Lab-grown and treated diamonds
Laboratory-grown diamonds and treated (for example clarity-enhanced) diamonds are always labelled as such on the product page, in the cart, on the invoice and on the grading report.

Gift cards
Gift cards can only be used on our website, are valid for 12 months and cannot be paid out in cash. A lost code is replaced once we have checked the purchase.
Complaints
Write to our grievance officer. Indian law applies; courts in Surat have jurisdiction, without limiting your rights as a consumer.
