रिटर्न और रिफ़ंड

Changed your mind? You can return a piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as it is unworn, in its original condition, with its grading report and packaging.

• Start the return from the link in your order e-mail or the order page. We send insured pick-up.
• When it arrives, our gemologists check the piece (laser inscription, report number, condition).
• We refund to the original payment method; amounts paid with a gift card go back onto the gift card.

Exceptions

Engraved, resized-on-request and custom-made pieces can only be returned if they are faulty. Your legal rights for faulty goods are not affected.

Resizing

Most rings can be resized free of charge within 12 months. Eternity rings set all around cannot be resized.
